Payment in full is expected at the time of service. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER, as well as personal checks, and cash.
We will submit insurance claims on your behalf and provide all necessary information to obtain the maximum benefits allowed to you. It is important to note that you are responsible for any balance that is not covered by your insurance.
However, please realize:
- Your dental benefit program is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. We are not party to that contract. For example, we are not aware of when your benefit year begins and ends.
- Our fees are not necessarily covered in full by the maximum allowance determined by your insurance carrier. Not all services are a covered benefit.
